This plan is perfect for those who don’t need ongoing service but want reliable, short-term property check-ins in Maine during their time away.

This service goes beyond standard home watch visits by overseeing the ongoing operation, upkeep, and care of your home based on your specific needs and preferences. It’s an ideal choice for homeowners seeking a full-service property management solution with regular communication, detailed reports, and proactive maintenance support.
This includes but not limited to scheduling annual service contractors, meet deliveries, repair and utility companies, consultation to obtain new contractors, obtain quotes, cleaning or many more needs that may arise.
