Leslie Young is the owner of Hill Way Home/Watch Property Management of Cape Elizabeth, ME, which operates in the Southern Maine area. Leslie is a Maine native and studied Criminology at SMCC and USM, graduating in 1988. Having served the residents of South Portland Maine for 10 years as a police officer, family commitment took her away giving her the opportunity to work 20 years with the Cape Elizabeth residents as their Recreational Coordinator Director.
Before opening her business in 2017, Leslie and her husband Steve, had been operating a small property management services for years in their local town of Cape Elizabeth, Maine until they were given the opportunity to manage a 10,000 square foot development which formed Hill Way Property Management. Her work experiences gained in law enforcement, community service, and property management has led to her successful business today. She has become known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all her clients. Leslie respects the level and trust extended to her and her company when it comes to a clients property.
When not working, Leslie loves golf, enjoys reading, a good strong cup of coffee, finding humor in the little things, and spending time with her husband, daughter and their Australian Shepard, Millie.
