Leslie Young is the owner of Hill Way Property Management/Home Watch of Cape Elizabeth, ME, which operates in the greater Portland, Maine area. Leslie is a Maine native and studied Criminology at SMCC and USM graduating in 1988. Having served the residents of South Portland Maine for 10 years as a police officer, family commitment took her away giving her the opportunity to work 20 years with the Cape Elizabeth residents as their recreational coordinator/summer camp director.

Before opening her business in 2017, Leslie and her husband Steve, had been operating a small property management services for years in their local town of Cape Elizabeth, Maine until they were given the opportunity to manage a 10,000 square foot development which formed Hill Way Property Management. Her work experiences gained in law enforcement, community service, and property management has led to her successful business today. She has become known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all her clients. Leslie respects the level and trust extended to her and her company when it comes to a clients property.

Providing peace of mind to property owners is what she does best.

In 2018, Leslie and her husband purchased property in Florida, which they discovered needed reliable service to watch their investment for periods of time, while they were away. From this, the idea of offering this service back home in her area became a reality. She is proud to be part of a growing service to her community, and currently gives several clients a peace of mind with her home watch services, making sure their property is cherished in a way that has become customary for all her clients.

When not working, Leslie loves theater, enjoys watching criminal dramas or murder mystery series, reading, a good cup of strong coffee, finding humor in the little things, and spending time with her husband, daughter and their Australian Shepard, Millie. She is an athlete by nature, having coached high school field hockey for 10 years, loves to ski and hike New England mountains and has passion for spinning classes. Leslie proudly volunteers and sponsors a non-profit organization called Healing Spaces , ("www.healingspaces.me"). Their mission is to bring joy through a nurturing environment to children and adults living in Maine who are battling a life threatening illnesses, injuries, or recovering from a tragedy.
